📄Accounts Flow troubleshooting 2 - Invoices not downloading or importing

Help to get your Accounts Flow integration working again when downloading or importing Invoices not working correctly.

Invoices Not Downloading

• Is the Flow Downloader program running? NO, Open It, Click Run Now.

• Check task manager to see if there is more than 1 copy of the Flow Downloader program running. Close All copies and open 1 copy of Flow Downloader only.

• Email Accounts Flow Support if invoices have been downloaded or mark them to be re-downloaded. support@accountsflow.com.au

NOTE: No more invoices will download if there is an existing invoice file there already.
Invoices Not Importing.

Invoices Not Importing

• Check the Import Folder, are there any files in there, if there is an existing invoice.inv file, open it, is it an invoice or xml? If XML, delete it and Run Now on the FlowDownloader.exe program to force a new download.

NOTE: The XML script ownloads due to internet timeout

Example invoice.inv file containing XML - Not Correct
incorrect invoice file containing xml
Example invoice.inv file - Looks Correct
Correct Invoice layout

• Check that Supplier Comms (System Setup) is configured to point to the correct IP Address  Example: \\10.0.0.1 (Import and Archive) The Flow Downloader should point to the local drive import and archive folders.

NOTE: We do this so Backoffice users can import invoices remotely and not just on the Bepoz Servers.

Important: If the Import path doesn’t point to the same folder as the FlowDownloader, the import setup wont find the file.

Also if the Archive doesn’t work, invoices cant be deleted and the system can't download any more invoice files, see above.
