This article provides a CALink setup guide for the Aura interface.
Aura is a software platform that enables the building of lifelong customer loyalty through personalized customer service.
Prerequisites
- Minimum Bepoz version of 4.7 & onwards
- For an Operator to be able to set up Aura, the following privileges must be enabled:
- Main Tab (General Settings) - Venue Maintenance
- All 'System Setup' Flags
CALink Setup
- To set up the CALink, open the CALink program and select Aura as the Server Type
Device Options
- Save the settings and make sure the Connection to Host status is 'ConnectedOK'
