How to configure Hopsoft RMS to use with the Bepoz Application
Prerequisites
- Port Forwarding
HopSoft RMS Setup:
- Ensure port 11008 is open – if not advise customer to open it
- On the Bepoz server go to https://portchecker.co/ and check the port 11008
Ensure Hopsoft have added their program.
It will have both folders in the C drive
Setup Reslink
- System Type = 4700 TCP 8 Totals
- Till TCP Port = 25000
- Program Name = Hopsoft
- IP Address = IP of server that hosts Hopsofts program is on (Usually the same server that runs Bepoz)
- TCP Port = 11010
ResLink IP Address = IP of server that hosts Hopsofts program is on (Usually the same server that runs Bepoz)
- TCP = 25000
- Name = Room or Hopsoft
- Item Totals = SortGroups
- Ensure Reslink is enabled on all till
Import Hopsoft report from
Hopsoft.SRP
Set to it run daily and save CSV to the path C:\BEpoz\HopsoftEOD
Note Hopsoft have their own job that will upload a copy of this file
- Test with client
In the event that Hopsoft Gross totals don't match that of Bepoz's Gross Totals then the flag option in Reslink needs to be checked
