Step-by-Step Guide

  • When running the Bepoz ResDiary interface for each till that requires to access ResDiary then that till will require the ResDiary Till Extension to be installed
  • Additionally, Each SmartControl workstation will need to have the ResDiary Transaction Queue Device
  • In cases were multiple Transaction Queues are required then the startup of these devices will need to be staggered/staged this can be done by entering a value into the TimeOut section of the Device Maintenance as shown below
    • It should be noted that the value is in milliseconds
    • The value required will depend on the specification of the server that is loading the device and authentication of the service
