Prerequisites

  • In order to perform table transfers; the following Operator prerequisites have to be fulfilled
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup Flags - "Access Venue Stores & Tills flag
      • System Setup Flags - "Maintain Venue Stores & Tills flag

    SevenRooms Table Transfer Workflow

      • At SmartPOS, the SevenRooms tables can be transferred from one table to another table

      Note: For the interface to work, table numbers should match between SevenRooms and Bepoz

        1. Create a sample reservation from SevenRooms and open the reservation at SmartPOS
        2. Add a few products to the reservation and save the table
        3. Open the table at SmartPOS and perform table transfer.
          1. When performing the table transfer, the new table number should be prefixed with '0' as mentioned above
        4. Once the table is transferred, the reservation is updated with the new table number at the SmartPOS and in SevenRooms
