Monitoring Alerts & Audits

Track system alerts and user activity to catch setup issues and errors.

  1. Log in to Back Office.

  2. Go to Reports > Alerts & Audits.

  3. Select Alert Overview or Audit Overview depending on what you want to review.

  4. Apply filters such as date range, operator name, terminal, or store.
