Track and reconcile customer account activity in Bepoz.
Introduction
The Account Summaries report in Bepoz provides a clear overview of customer account activity, including outstanding balances, account groups, and recent transactions. It’s commonly used for managing corporate accounts, staff tabs, loyalty customers, or any venue offering customer credit.
Accessing the Report

Log in to Back Office.

Navigate to Reports > Sales & Analysis.

Select Account Summaries.

Use filters to narrow by account group, balance, or store.

Click Generate Report.
Key Fields in Account Summaries
Name |
Description |
Account Name |
The name of the customer, company, or tab linked to the account. |
Account Group |
A classification assigned in Back Office (e.g. Staff, Corporate, House Tabs). |
Credit Limit |
The maximum spend allowed on the account, if one has been set. |
Balance |
The current total outstanding on the account. |
Last Transaction Date |
Date of the most recent sale or account payment against the account. |
Store |
The specific venue the account is linked to (for multi-site operations). |
Account Status |
Indicates if the account is Active, Inactive, or Suspended. |
Total Charges |
The total value of sales posted to the account within the selected period. |
Total Payments |
The total value of payments made against the account within the period. |
Email / Contact Info |
Contact details for the customer (visible if entered via Customer Maintenance). |
