This article covers the "Details Address" Tab and the relevant configurations available in BackOffice. 

Overview

The settings and fields that are covered in this article can be set when Creating a New Account or can be Edited for an Existing Account.

Prerequisites

  • To access Account Maintenance features, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled 
    • All "Accounts & Memberships" Flags
    • Operator Maintenance 'Maintenance' Tab

Account Settings Tabs

  • This lesson will focus on the "Details & Address" Tab of Account settings

"Details & Address" Tab

  1. Name 2 - Second Name of the Account
  2. Name 3 - A Third Name of the Account
  3. POS Prompt -  Text prompt when the Account is used at the till 
  4. Home Phone - Account holder Home Phone Number
  5. Mobile - Account holder Mobile Phone Number
  6. Work Phone - Account holder Work Phone Number
  7. Fax -  Account holder Fax Number
  8. Email1 - Account holder primary Email Address
  9. Email2 -Account holder secondary Email Address 
  10. Facebook - Account holder Facebook Address
  11. Street Address - Account holder Street Address details
  12. Gender - Account holder Gender
  13. Birth Date - Account holder Date of Birth 
  14. Export Codes - 2 Export codes use for Integrations
  15. Comment - Add a Comment for the Account
  16. Statement Comment - Add a Statement Comment for the Account
  17. Linked File - Add a linked file for the Account holder
  18. Photo - Add a photo of the Account holder
  19. Screen Media - Text or Images displayed on the Customer Screen
