📄Account "Membership" Tab

This article provides an insight to the "Membership" Tab of Account Maintenance. 

Overview

"Memberships" are an optional authorisation but can be used along with the core Account functionality to sell Memberships and Renewals to Account holders.

This Tab allows for viewing the basic details of the Members' current type of membership and shows if they require any renewal.

 

Prerequisites

  • In order for this Tab to be active on the Accounts, the Membership Module must be authorised and the Membership Group set in the Venue Maintenance
  • Operator privileges for All 'Account & Memberships' flags

            


    "Membership" Tab Details


          

    1. Membership Type - The Membership type attached to and used by the Renewal 
    2. Renewal Type - The Name of the Renewal used
    3. Membership Payment - Membership select and Payment Screen. Can be used to Renew, Join and Change Membership 
    4. Manage Add-Ons - Member Add-Ons select and Payment Screen
    5. Joining Fees paid - As per the Renewal used this is the Joining Fee
    6. Renewal Fees paid -  As per the Renewal used this is the Renewal Fee
    7. Add-On Fees paid -  As per the Renewal used this is the Add-On Fee
    8. Joined Date -  As per the Renewal used this is the Date Joined/Renewed
    9. Last Renewal Date - As per the Renewal used this is the Date Last Joined/Renewed
    10. Next Renewal Date - As per the Renewal used this is the due date of the next Renewal
    11. Paid To Date - As per the Renewal used this is the date Paid up to
    12. Expiry Date - As per the Renewal used this is the Date of Expiry
