This article covers Account Summaries report along with different view options available.
Overview
The Account Summary shows a number of sales information for the respective account.
Information within the Account Summary can be utilized for many purposes and can also generate into reports.
Prerequisites
- To access Summary features, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
- Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab
- Sales Reports: "Allow Accounts Reports" Flag
Accessing Account Summaries
- Complete the following steps to access the Product Summaries
- Log in to BackOffice
- From the side menu, select "Sales Reports" to expand the list of Available Reports
- Select Account Summaries which will open a new Account Summaries Window
- Select the required Account or Account Group from the Account tree

Reporting Options
- By double-clicking on an Account Group it will display a breakdown of the Account holders that have been active in the specified time, and their contribution to the overall balance

- Displays all the individual accounts that have been active

- Displays a list of all the accounts where they are active or not
- Additional configuration options in the Header can also be used to generate more specific report data
"_Standard" View
- The Standard View of the Account Summaries Report contains the following data columns by default:
"_Reward Status" View
- The Reward Status View consists of the following data columns by default:
- Account Number displays the Account Number of the Member
- Account Name displays the Name of the account holder
- Reward Qty 1 displays the number of items to be purchased to get the 1st Reward
- Reward Qty 2 displays the number of items to be purchased to get the 2nd Reward
- Reward Qty 3 displays the number of items to be purchased to get the 3rd Reward
- These rewards can be maintained through the Global Settings > Other Tab as shown below

Account Details Sub Reports

The SubReport menu changes the information in the display area and the style of the View
Transaction List

Will display all the transactions by this Account within the display period

Will display all the individual Products sold within each transaction

With these two reports, Operators can double-click on a Transaction or a Product to see the entire record as it would appear at the SmartPOS Workstation
