Overview
BERG is a third party manufacturer of electronic beverage control systems; the company's equipment allows businesses to control the portion of the dispensed liquid, manage inventory and avoid unnecessary loss.
This report allows Operators to keep a track of each portion of liquid dispensed via BERG. This can be accessed from the Dispense Summary Report.
Prerequisites
- To view the Dispense Summary Report and include Products in the Dispense Summary, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled:
- Operator Maintenance 'Maintenance' Tab
- All flags in 'Products' section
- Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab
- Maintain 'Other Reports' and 'Global Reports'
Product Setting
- In order for a product to be included in the dispense summary and their flow to be tracked, go to Product Maintenance > Product Settings
- Tick the 'Flow Metered' flag on
Dispense Summary Report
- To access this report, go to Maintenance > Other Reports
- Select Dispense Summary which will open the 'Dispense Summary Report' Window
- Once the flag in Product Maintenance has been ticked on, the Products will be listed below 'Base Product Group' in the 'Dispense Summary Report' Window
- Select the Venue, Store and Display Period, and the Product to be Reported
