This article covers the workflow for adding a Doshii Loyalty Account Number in SmartPOS, if enabled by Doshii

Prerequisites

  • Minimum Bepoz version of v4.7.2.8


About

  • Doshii App Providers may enable the use of an Account Number to utilise loyalty features throughout their platform
  • If this is enabled, the user will be prompted in SmartPOS to enter an account number when redeeming a voucher 
  • The user can proceed without entering an account number if desired

SmartPOS Workflow 

  • There is no required setup to enable this feature as it is configured on the Doshii side
  • When the user redeems a Doshii Voucher they will be prompted for the Voucher Card Number 

  • Followed by the Card PIN (if required by the App Provider)

  • The user will then be prompted for the Account ID of the Doshii Account holder 
    • The user can bypass this step by clicking OK, and SmartPOS will continue with the gift card redemption
