This article covers the workflow for adding a
Doshii Loyalty Account Number in SmartPOS, if enabled by Doshii
Prerequisites
- Minimum Bepoz version of v4.7.2.8
About
- Doshii App Providers may enable the use of an Account Number to utilise loyalty features throughout their platform
- If this is enabled, the user will be prompted in SmartPOS to enter an account number when redeeming a voucher
- The user can proceed without entering an account number if desired
SmartPOS Workflow
- There is no required setup to enable this feature as it is configured on the Doshii side
- When the user redeems a Doshii Voucher they will be prompted for the Voucher Card Number
- Followed by the Card PIN (if required by the App Provider)
- The user will then be prompted for the Account ID of the Doshii Account holder
- The user can bypass this step by clicking OK, and SmartPOS will continue with the gift card redemption
