This article outlines the printing options within the Linkly interface.
Getting Started
Merchant Receipt
- The Merchant copy is a option controlled by the Merchant (bank)
- Bepoz has no control to turn ON or OFF the merchant copy printing, the Merchant will need to be contacted for the option to be turned On or OFF
- Some merchants allow the control of this setting within there software but this should be treated on a case by case basis

Device Options
EFTPOS
- This option will use the standard device configuration, when this option is selected then the 2nd drop-down menu box "Print Customer Receipt" is NOT valid
Agency
- This option overrides the EFTPOS device standard configuration and allows for user control of the customer receipt
Customer Receipt Options
Workstation Printer Setup Flags
- If the workstation has one of the appropriate flags set (see below) but the no customer receipt option set then the may possible still obtain a receipt and this will look similar to that shown below

Merchant Copy Printing
- The Bank Controls the printing of the Merchant Copy
- The are no settings in PC-EFTPOS to control merchant copy printing
- When the merchant copy is turned on by the bank, Bepoz will always print the merchant copy
- When EFTPOS is selected in the device option settings bepoz will always print both Merchant and Customer Copies if there is a printer attached to Smart POS
- EFTPOS should only be selected if the EFTPOS terminal is printing the receipts
