Data is only sent from POS to the terminal. Once the transaction is completed on the terminal - the Operator will need to manually close the transaction from the till.

Prerequisites
  • To manage Devices & Interfaces in BackOffice, the following Operator Privileges will need to be enabled: 
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup: "Access Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag
      • System Setup: "Maintain Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag
