Overview
The operator can either clock in using a separate clock in machines or from the SmartPOS workstation.
These records can be used by businesses while distributing wages or while checking any operator history.
Prerequisites
- To access these features, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
- Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab
- All "Other Reports" Flags
Accessing Operator Clockings
- Complete the following steps to access Operator Clocking Report:
- Log in to BackOffice
- From the side menu, Select "Other Reports" to expand the list of Available Reports
- Select Operator Clockings which will open a new Operator Clocking Window
Reporting Options
- Venue: Sets the Venue for which the report is generated
- Display Period: Sets the time period for which report will be generated
- The time can be selected either by choosing specific Period or a shift
- Operator: Sets particular Operator for the report
Report View Options
"_Standard" View
- The Operator Clocking Report Standard View contains the following data columns by default:
- Double Clicking any line from the report opens up a window from where Operators can edit the Clocking details
