Overview
The Order Reprice Function allows Operators to enter apply a discount on the total transaction amount except that it prompts the final transaction amount.
Prerequisite
- To access and setup Order Reprice Function, the applicable Operator Privilege Flags must be enabled
- System Setup - Maintain Till Function Maps
- Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
BackOffice Setup
- To setup the Order Reprice Discount Button in BackOffice, navigate to Till Function Maps option under System Setup in BackOffice Side Menu bar
- This will open the Till Function Override Setup tab, select the desired Function Map from the list of available list of Function Maps and click on Edit Highlighted Function Map
- Note: If there are no Function Maps, please click on Maintain Function Maps button to add a new Function Map
- This will open the Function Map: Store Function Map tab which will display the Function Map menu as it appears on the SmartPOS
- For Order Reprice Function, set the Button Settings as shown in the figure below:
