Overview
- Bepoz POS version 4.6.0.9 is an ALPHA version and as such is not considered marker ready or suitable for commercial use
- As such this version may be unstable and could cause crashes or data loss
- This version does not contain the full feature set that is planned for the final release
- At the time of publishing (19/11/2018), our scheduled "Feature Freeze" is set for 31/01/2019
- As of 19/11/2018 KDSLink & QSR is materially complete and is awaiting certification

- New Tab in Global Settings “Cloud”
- “Cloud Venue Database” Settings have been relocated to this screen
- myBepoz Flags have been relocated to this screen
- Bepoz Online setup has been relocated to this screen
- Upgraded Systems will notice that the previous WebAPI scheduled Job is removed and data has been migrated
- New option “Retrieve Settings”, this will retrieve the following from CMP
- Secret Key
- Client ID
- Connection Port
- CMP is the point of truth and data cant be changed within BackOffice
- New Option “Test Connection”, performs the same functionality as the test connection within CMP however in reverse.
- Users can now enter an operators myBepozID into the Operator Form and retrieve account details from myBepoz
- myBepoz users must approve the venue's request from within myBepoz
- myBepoz users with 1 or more linked venue request have access to the Bepoz Library and University applications within myBepoz
