Accounts, Memberships & Schedule Billing

          DIONYSUS-13439

      • New flag 'Do Not Match on Export Code 1' has been implemented in 'Import Accounts' Schedule job which when turned ON will skip matching the local Bepoz accounts with imported accounts on Export Code Code 1

Interfaces - Reservations/Other

      • In case of timeout issues encountered when retrieving OpenTable bookings on SmartPOS, the 'Time Out' option within OpenTable Till extension device can now be set to a desired value (in seconds), which then allows the connection to wait for longer duration when retrieving bookings.

    • A new flag 'Do Not Import Products' for Ivvy Till Extension device settings is now available which when enabled, will not import any pre-ordered products on SmartPOS from Ivvy

      • Additional support has been added to the Utopia Gaming interface to support vouchers redemption issued by Utopia
      • To allow customers to redeem Utopia Gaming vouchers on SmartPOS, a new Till Extension device must be configured along with respective vouchers being created 

    EFTPOS

    • New integration for Adyen EFTPOS has been implemented which when configured enables Venues to accepts payments and supports the following features 
      • Tipping
      • Dynamic Handling fee / Surcharge
      • Pre-Auth transactions

          • The PC_EFTPOS TCPIP interface has been enhanced to allow Operators to re-initialise connection between Bepoz and PC_EFTPOS / Linkly
          • When timeout configurations in the PC_EFTPOS device are set, a new option 'Reset EFTPOS' is displayed on SmartPOS which when clicked will terminate the existing connection and re-initialise the connection
