Overview
The Sales Report Creator is a report generator that allows for concocting reports with various options not available in other Reports.
The Sales Report Creator displays the total Sales summary of individual profits which can be used to analyze high-profit and low-profit Products.
Prerequisites
- To access Sales Report Creator, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
- Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab
- Sales Reports: "Allow Product Reports" Flag
Accessing Sales Report Creator
- Complete the following steps to access Stock Summaries:
- Log in to BackOffice
- From the side menu, Select "Sales Reports" to expand the list of Available Reports
- Select Sales Report Creator which will open a new Sales Report Creator Window
Reporting Options
- It has the ability to create reports very similar to other reports in the system, but since the Sales Report Creator generates its reports from individual transactions, reports will take substantially longer to generate
- It is always recommended that general reports are created in Product Summaries, Till Summaries, etc.
Report View Options
"_Standard" View
- The Standard View is one of the default views for the Sales Report Creator which contains following data columns by default:
"_TimeBreak Sales" View
- This View consists of the following data columns by default:
- The Nett Total columns display the total earnings from each Product
- The rest of the column displays different Time Sheet and the sales value during the Time Breaks
"_AgeGroup Sales" View
- This View includes the following data columns by default:
- The Nett Total column displays the Total Sales from different products
- Remaining columns display all the Age Groups and the Value of Product Quantity bought by them
