Overview
SmartPOS Mobile represents a streamlined iteration of our flagship SmartPOS, leveraging the power of SmartAPI to establish seamless connectivity from our Oolio EFPOS terminals.
This dynamic combination empowers the user with the flexibility of an on-the-go mobile POS.
With SmartPOS mobile, users can effortlessly conduct everyday transactions, including table transactions, loyalty program management, point redemption, discount application, service charge calculations, handling fees, and diverse payment options.
SmartPOS Mobile Minimum Requirements
- .NET 4.8
- Microsoft Windows 10 (recommended)
- If more than 4 devices, then it should have its own server
- Memory usage ~200mb per instance of API
SmartPOS Mobile Recommendations
- Latency shouldn't be higher than 50ms so that SmartPOS Mobile performance is not negatively affected.
BackOffice Setup
- Configure a new SmartPOS Mobile workstation quickly and easily within the Venue, Stores & Till section of Backoffice
- Utilise our new workstation flag - SmartPOS Mobile API- which enables the use of our SmartAPI to connect your mobile terminals
- Till Function Map must be specifically configured to run SmartPOS Mobile, as different function panels will map to specific tabs within the SmartPOS Mobile application
