📄How to Change your Backoffice Password

This article guides you through the process of changing your Backoffice Login Operator password.

Overview

Once you have logged into Backoffice if you have thew Operator privileges, you can change your Operator Password.

 

Prerequisites

  • Operator Privilege to Use Backoffice
  • Operator Privilege to Edit Operators

 

Procedure

  • Go to Maintenance
  • Click Operator
  • Find Your Operator Group and Operator and Highlight it
  • Double-Click to Edit or click Edit Operator
  • Delete anything in the Password (Blue box) field
  • Type in your New Password.
  • Click Logout then Login again with your New Details.
