Overview
This tab contains some basic, general settings which control if and how an Operator can use BackOffice.
Some of the privilege flags control which BackOffice components they will have the ability to see and/or access.
Drop-down settings control how lists in BackOffice will be displayed and which Venues an Operator can access throughout Bepoz.
Prerequisites
- To access and edit Operators, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled:
- Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
- All "Operator" Flags
- Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab

To enable or disable all of the flags within a section with one click, simply click on the flag next to the section heading; i.e., to enable all of the General Settings flags at once - enable the flag next to 'General Settings'
General Settings
Use Backoffice - Privilege to Login to backoffice
Use Backoffice Compact Mode - Privilege that will show only those Backoffice Allowed options
Maintain Table Maps & Sets - Add, Edit or Delete Table maps and Sets
Backoffice Membership Only - Will only Show Membership
View Keylogs - Privilege to View Keylogs
Gaming Functions - Privilege to do all Gaming Machine Functions
Default Tree Mode - Fixed Operator Views, Full Tree, Hide Tree or List Onlly
Allowed Venues - Privilege to restrict an Operator to a Venue or allow all Venues
